the major focus still isn’t on the skills that matter. The skills that every great leader, and loads of research have indicated, have the most impact on results.

Without a shift in leadership development it’s difficult to see how you and I will be relevant in the very near future…

By 2030, as many as 800 million jobs could be lost worldwide to automation!

I have a question for you…

It’s of great benefit for you to be a leader who has a fluid approach to work and life… Without this fluidity it will be extremely difficult for you to stay ahead of the curve.

Fluidity of perception is a warrior’s term that means, “An ability to look at, and perceive anything, from any point of view, without ego or emotional bias.”

Here’s another way to look at fluidity of perception as a leadership skill…

It’s the ability to take in an enormous amount of input, hold onto a vision, and lead everyone to the fulfillment of that vision without the blinders of personal bias.

This process of transformation, this process of mastery that is ‘fluidity of perception’ will ensure…

For the rest of your life you will become more and more open so you continue to learn and adapt, and it’s easy for you to do so.

You’ll be able to think differently, and better, than most people with increasing amounts of clarity and wisdom.

You won’t have the fatal flaw of letting “your stuff” hinder your success, and the success of those you lead.
